Reputation for banks is everything. Without a good name they cannot perform their maturity transformational role in the economy. Liquidity related data is some of the most reputation sensitive aspects of a financial institution. We treat all client data and public data accordingly.
Hosted in a secure environment at a managed hosting facility, the BALSA database rests on a dedicated server behind a firewall with restricted server access and round-the-clock support and back-up. We use an Oracle encrypted database. All users have password protected access and secure data uploads on a secure certificate. User access is logged and audited.
